This and that
Nothing new has happend. I mastered the sourdough yesterday. Bruce's uncle was so kind to give me half of his starter which I "fed" and finally used to make my first sourdough based bread. Birgit - I hope you are proud of me. I had left over starter, which is in the fridge for the next time. That will be my first Paderborner - keep fingers crossed. Once I got into it, I find it less confusing and the bread is well nice.
Right - Alec and Danny are shouting and I better see what they are up to - needed a little break - too much hide and seek is not good for you.

jaja,, und dann wird mich der pure Neid packen! (Wo ich doch noch nicht mal ein "normales" Hefebrot hinkriege..)
