Sourdough
Special post for a special success. my first sourdough based bread was lovely. You might think I am a sad sad person, but hey - here is the picture of the result.
Tasty I might add.
As soon as I manage to get rye bread there is no stopping me - Paderborner will be my next challenge.
What else is there to say - just been watchin "Wetten dass...?" which was exceptionally hillarious. Well done Thomas.

Hallo Andrea, ich komme erst jetzt zum kommentieren. Das sieht wirklich gut aus. Gratuliere - gleich das erste Sauerteigbrot gelingt nicht vielen.

Nimm Dir mal ein Beispiel an Janna und mir :))))
Gib mir ne Chance Omama. Das Paderborner Brot ist uebrigens was geworden. Ansonsten muss hier erstmal Ruhe einkehren und der Boden im Schlafzimmer gelegt sein und Paulina auf der Welt sein :-))
Und dann kommt ein massiger Bericht von den Jungs, dem brot und sonstigen wichtigen Dingen :-))
