It's Party Time
We had our big BBQ garden Party yesterday and it was a total success. LA helped loads with A doing all the BBQing - the people were all lovely, the food delicious and I enjoyed about every minute.
But I have to say, the highlight was sitting with Bruce at about midnight on our newly built terasse under the patio heater having a yummy glas of Shiraz. Just the two of us. After all the stress in the past 2 weeks, with his tonsillectomy, my vom-bug and chest infection, it was nice to be all chilled out, happy and healthy.
Obviously this could not last long, when I woke up with a swollen knee. I could curse here quite a lot as it totally ruins my training for Sundays race for life. I have no idea WHY this knee is the size of a tennisball. I kind of do not go with the theory of an insect bite, as it is getting blue and green. However, I have no recollection of falling, stretching, bumping it....
Keep fingers crosses that it is better by tomorrow.
I do not want to celebrate my birthday on Tuesday limping around....
So long, not more exciting things to report.

Wuerd ich ja, aber dazu muss Sev mir die Bilder erst emailen. Ich hab doch leider *douh* keine gemacht....
